The specific scope, fees, and timelines for any work are agreed separately in writing before an engagement begins. Where there is any conflict, the signed engagement document takes precedence over these general terms.

4. Quotes and pricing

Any prices or estimates shown or shared are indicative until confirmed in a written engagement. Trade, sourcing, and logistics costs may vary with supplier pricing, shipping rates, duties, and exchange rates, which are outside our control.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and any approvals we reasonably need to deliver the services, and to do so in good time. Delays or inaccuracies in what you provide may affect timelines and costs.

6. Intellectual property

The content, branding, and design of this website belong to M/S Universal Trade Centre unless stated otherwise. Ownership of work produced under a paid engagement (such as software) is set out in the relevant engagement document.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the website or our services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Pakistani law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
